Low Chin Ann

Low Chin Ann is a distinguished accounting professional with a wealth of experience in both academia and industry. As a fellow member of ACCA UK and a Chartered Accountant of Malaysia, he holds a Diploma in Computer Science. He is also an HRD Corp certified trainer. Low has served as a Senior Independent Director at Analabs Resources Berhad and currently is the Chairman of the Audit Committee at Kitacon Group Berhad. Both are companies listed at Bursa Malaysia Stock Exchange.

With a strong academic background, Low has lectured in taxation, auditing, corporate governance, and management accounting for professional exams and degree programs in Malaysia, China, Singapore, Vietnam, and Cambodia. His expertise extends to corporate training for commercial companies like British American Tobacco and public sectors such as ILKAP and Accountants General Malaysia.

Low has also served as a chief examiner and marker for local and international professional accountancy exams. Gaining his practical experience at a medium-sized tax firm, he boasts impressive academic achievements, including six ACCA paper prizes and the Top Affiliate award for December 2000. As a dedicated and responsible lecturer, Low has consistently guided his students to success in their professional studies.

Low runs his own firm, CA Low & Co, and engages in diverse industries, partnering with a former student in a cafe venture and managing a Tilapia fish-breeding business for local consumers.
